Az apákkal az a baj, hogy rendre elárulják az embert.
Hazudják, kezükkel tartanak, ha tanítanak járni,
hogy hátulról fogják az ülést a biciklin és veled merülnek víz alá a rémisztő bizonytalanságba.
Mire eszmélsz, ők rég ajtófélnél, utcavégen, ülnek
medence szélén, hajrát kiabálnak és büszkék,
hogy megtanítottak rá, hogyan kell élni kurvaegyedül.
With the Fathers
The problem with the fathers is that they always betray you.
They lie that they hold you with their hands when they teach you to walk,
that they hold the rear of the bicycle seat
and they go under the water with you into a terrifying uncertainity.
By the time you realize they'll be at the doorpost, or at the end of the street,
or sitting by the pool shouting go, go and proud
they taught you how to live fucking alone.
